WHEN THERE IS HOPE THERE IS LIFE-part 2

When there is life there is hope they say
Hence with emphasis on life and staying alive we pray
When there is life they say there is hope-we’re told
So with some impudence and revulsion our life unfold

Our life saddled with pain and grieves we wait
Without rays of optimism we freight and resign to fate
Regardless of our bleakness we just hang on afloat
Till all fortitude is gone-we are left on shore without a boat

Life compared to hope is not anchored to life in itself
We try hard but remain disgruntled with so much grief
Because we have nothing to live for-suicide considered
Suicide is attempted for some but for others-life’s deferred

I dare to say; with emphasis- when there is HOPE there is life
Not when there is life but rather it is hope that gives reasons to strife
What is Life without HOPE? But there is hope even after life!
What you hope for you live for-Hope keeps us alive.

Irrespective of seemingly ill-fated situation we can only hope
Hope makes not ashamed says the scriptures so we can cope
Hope is linked to faith with which we hang on to life like a sturdy rope
When there is HOPE there is Life NOT when there Life there is HOPE
(HOPE because that may be the only thing that will keep you alive)

  The power of imagination and the power of believe are like Siamese twin, once you have the ability to imagine the result you desire, your belief in what you imagined will bring home the result. The question you need to answer at every point what do I believe in. Like Henry said, "if you think yo can, you can, if you think you can't, you are also right". You are only as able as what you believe. You don't go into a battle expecting to lose because if that is what your believe is, you don't need to bother, it is a done deal, the battle is in deed lost! Once you have sorted out what you believe (which is half way the journey, however an important half), the next then is you then channel your effort to what you believe in. A CHAPTER FROM MY LIFE STORY

Named Seth because I was a gift after the loss of a child. The 5th Child of 6 siblings raised by a Military man with discipline of the highest 'quality'.  Mum was a house wife into small.scale trading. Dad a devoted christian, deacon & who gave little or no liberty. My first real liberty was choosing to go to University of Ilorin instead of University of Ibadan so as to be away from home and refusing to start over at OAU to read law (which we both wanted before) but I was already in 2nd year in University of Ilorin. He wasn't going to pay my school fees any more because I disappointed him with that decisional not to go start over  and get the chance to be a Lawyer. Economically were weren't the poorest but not rich either. We got basic needs but sometimes we had to wait and pray for the source of the next meal.
